Steve Warren, Warren Heating and Air,

 

About a year ago, we decided to replace our old inefficient heat pump. Not being sure of who to call or what unit to purchase, we started calling around. One of these installers was Warren Heating and Air. We set up an appointment to review our options. Steve Warren came to our home to review our current system and talk about what was needed to replace it. Steve took the time to explain in what detail was the correct unit for our home and how it would reduce operating cost by selecting the correct size. He pointed out that our current system was oversized and how it was costing extra dollars to operate. It was a great presentation and made perfect logical sense. There was still a lot of trust given toward what he said. I have by nature been a skeptic toward the unknown and what I hear.

 

We liked Steve's presentations, the time he spent in explaining and answering our questions and his faith in his product, Rheem. We signed an agreement for the installation. It was a short time later a team of installer with the new Rheem system came to take out the old system and install the new system. My first impression? You make the call. The technicians were in clean uniforms and wore shoe covers when working in the house, without exception. They were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Frankly, I was stunned at their professional approach to every aspect of the job.

 

But the proof is in the operation of the unit. Not being quick to judge, a year has gone by. Steve was correct on things he explained on that first visit. We are able to operate the air conditioner at a higher temp setting than before and stay as cool as our old unit. We had been partial to gas heat because of the warmth factor and had the heat pump backup system gas. However, the heat pump has been able to give us the warmth factor we like without gas use.

 

Service over the past year was mostly due to operator error and was met with prompt friendly response. Steve Warren has an exceptional team of technicians. If I have a question, I am completely comfortable to call and ask.

 

His office helped us apply for the rebates and tax incentives that saved us hundreds of dollars.

 

Warren Heating and Air has established a higher benchmark of excellence over the normal, above and beyond.
